Originally, Lindsay went to law school with an interest in becoming a mediator. While earning a paralegal certificate, she worked as a certified mediator with the County of Santa Clara, working with small claims cases. It was here she discovered she had a passion for law and decided to pursue a career as an attorney.

While still in law school, Lindsay began working full-time in civil litigation firms, successfully balancing work, school and a family.

Lindsay went into family law because it is multi-faceted. She excels at finding solutions for the many diverse issues each client’s situation presents. For more than six years, Lindsay has worked alongside Brian Saylin, working up cases and assisting with Appeals. In addition, she now services her own growing clientele, while managing the practice. When not in court, she actively tutors law students in the areas of legal writing and law school examination preparation.

When she’s not helping her clients, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and sons, mountain biking, practicing yoga, and competitive horse jumping.
